Wedding Present Insurance Coverage

A Wedding Present Coverage benefit on a wedding insurance plan will ensure that you are protected for the purchase price of any presents should your gifts be damaged or stolen on during you wedding ceremony, reception, or party.

The coverage is designed to be in force for the duration of the wedding; once the gifts have been relocated to the bride and groom’s home, or hotel room, or if the gifts are given to friend to look after, the coverage is deemed to be completed.

This gives you the assurance that your gifts will be protected during the course of your wedding, enabling you to experience your big day secure in the knowledge that your gifts are safe whilst you celebrate your union with your guests.

Wedding Present Insurance Coverage benefits ensure that protection is provided for accidental damage, destruction, burglary, or theft involving the use of false keys or deception.

However, it is important to note that this type of coverage normally does not extend protection to plants, bank notes, bonds, cheques, stamps, vehicles, boats, weapons, works of art, antiques, jewels, silverware, or furs.
